Correlated Events
Combining sensors and edge analytics, we maintain consistant injection without fear of tanks overflowing.
Real-Time Data Analytics
Avoiding Salt Water Spills
Utilzing a combination of radar sensors to measure tank volumes with injection pressures and volumes at both the production wellhead's ESP's and the triplex injection pump - we controlled both the injection pump rate by speeding it up or slowing or stopping the ESP's if the tank volume reached critical based on the tank strapping.
Virtual Timers
By leveraging wellhead pressure/volumes the algorythm controls the on/off cycles using well conditions instead of a time clock. This process uses a simple integration into the motor controls to turn it off/on as well as control RPM's if the legacy equipment will support it.
Chemical Tank Optimization
Utilzing both a radar sensor and injection sensors we can manage inventory and optimization rates for both wellhead and meters. Utilzing environmental factors such as weather or dynocard conditions we can adjust the Agents to manage based on data. Optmizing cost for downhole injection or providing enough injection to keep meters from freezing.
